Ready before. Supported after.
OnHand is built around two moments nobody plans for. Here’s how to use it in each one.
01 · Before
Before: make it part of the kit.
Readiness is mostly logistics. Put a pouch where the risk lives, and then it’s just there, like the spare tire you hope you never think about.
On the label
- Take one scoop, 30 to 60 minutes before activity.
- Mix with water, juice, or a smoothie.
- Just once, before sports or high-risk activity.
Good places to keep it
- Team or kit bag
- Car glove box
- Gym or school locker
- The coach’s first aid kit
- By the door, next to the cleats
02 · After
After: mix it, then get checked.
- 1Stop the activity and follow your team’s head-impact protocol.
- 2Mix your dose with water, as directed on the label.
- 3Get evaluated by a medical professional. OnHand supports that care. It never replaces it.
Worsening headache, repeated vomiting, confusion, seizures or passing out? Call 911 right away.
On the label, after head impact
- Take as soon as possible, within minutes to hours.
- Mix your weight-based dose (1 to 3 scoops) with water, juice, or a smoothie.
- Use 3x daily for 7 to 14 days, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Find your dose
| 50 to 112 lbs | 1 scoop |
| 112 to 185 lbs | 2 scoops |
| 185+ lbs | 3 scoops |
Then keep it on hand.
Each pouch holds 27 or 54 servings. Check it at the start of every season, and restock when you’re running low.
