Agreement to these terms

By accessing keeponhand.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

Products, descriptions, and pricing

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order.

If we discover an error in a price or product detail after you order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and may be limited or withdrawn.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Payment is authorized and captured through our processor at checkout; by ordering, you authorize us to charge the total shown, including product, shipping, and applicable tax.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. Title passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

We stand behind our products with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help arrange a return or refund in accordance with our return process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Health and dietary supplement disclaimer

OnHand products are dietary supplements, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
