Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information OnHand collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to keeponhand.com and to orders placed with us.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order contents. If you create a provider or affiliate account, we also collect the professional details you submit.
Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We retain only a masked reference (such as the last four digits) and the transaction ID needed to service your order.
We automatically collect limited technical information, such as your device type, browser, and general usage, through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping, provide customer support, send order and shipping confirmations, and, where you have opted in, send you updates and offers.
We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve our products, website, and service.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: our payment processor (Authorize.Net), our shipping provider (Shippo and the carriers who deliver your order), our email and customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel), and our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare). Each processes your information only to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
Data retention
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights, including the right to know what information we hold and to request its deletion.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and tokenized payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
